With the growth of the cultural and creative industries, the proportion of the self-employed is increasing. Self-determined work faces problems of social isolation and excessive demands. Through coworking needs of autonomy can be combined with the possibilities of social integration.

Mit dem Anwachsen der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft nimmt der Anteil der Selbstständigen zu. Selbstbestimmtem Arbeiten stehen Probleme sozialer Isolation und Überforderung gegenüber. Durch Coworking lassen sich Bedürfnisse nach Autonomie mit den Möglichkeiten sozialer Integration verbinden.
