Abstract in English:
The article presents the results of the development of a business project for the opening of the Just Business coworking center, the purpose of which is to calculate the economic efficiency of this project, as well as the rationale for opening coworking in the Samara region, taking into account the analysis of the main competitors and the development of a short-term development strategy for the center.
