Abstract in English:
This article is devoted to one of the aspects of the large-scale socio-economic transformation associated with the formation of a post-industrial society – changes in the employment system. They are so radical that a number of futurologists raise the question not just about the “future of work”, but also about the “future without work”. Back in the 60’s this was written by H. Arendt. Today the most notable figures in the unfolding discussions are Charles Handy, W. Beck, J. Rifkin, A. Gorz. To a greater or lesser extent, R. Darendorf, Z. Bauman and others also touch upon this problem in their work. The names of the published works are “The Future of Labor”, “The End of Labor”, “Farewell to the Working Class”, “Unemployed Capitalism” and m. [Handy, 1984; Rifkin, 1996; Gorz, 1982; Beck, 1996].

Настоящая статья посвящена одному из аспектов масштабной социально-экономической трансформации, связанной со становлением постиндустриального общества, – изменениям в системе занятости. Они настолько радикальны, что ряд футурологов ставит вопрос не просто о “будущем труда”, но и о “будущем без труда”. Еще в 60-х гг. прошлого века об этом писала Х. Арендт. Сегодня наиболее заметными фигурами в развернувшихся дискуссиях являются Ч. Хэнди, У. Бек, Дж. Рифкин, А. Горц. В той или иной степени эту проблему в своем творчестве также затрагивают Р. Дарендорф, З. Бауман и др. Показательны уже сами названия опубликованных работ “Будущее труда”, “Конец труда”, “Прощание с рабочим классом”, “Безработный капитализм” и т.п. [Handy, 1984; Rifkin, 1996; Gorz, 1982; Beck, 1996].
